Job Description
We are currently seeking a Financial Business Analyst on a full-time permanent basis to manage our accounting department. We are a well-established manufacturer/designer of heavy industrial products. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and analyzing operating costs. You will communicate results to leadership to enhance decision-making and partner with the business to understand the link between operational and financial results, providing key business insights and strategic support.

Hybrid working structure: four days in the office and one day working from home. Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, flexible hours), with 8am to 4pm as core hours. Some overtime and working on stat holidays may be required, but compensation in lieu and additional days off will be provided.
